Strengthen the safety defense line and take multiple measures to improve the level of safety production management
To strengthen safety defenses and enhance production safety management through multiple measures, Changxing Steel Structure has rolled out new initiatives to improve efficiency and ensure safe production as the year draws to a close.
First, we will strengthen the accountability system and refine mechanisms, not only clarifying responsibilities but also enhancing evaluations to ensure their implementation. In terms of institutional development and enforcement, we will review and update existing regulations while introducing detailed guidelines. A task force will be established for inspections and supervision, adopting a zero-tolerance policy toward violations.
Enhance risk control and hazard identification capabilities in production facilities, implement a dual-prevention mechanism, conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures, strengthen monitoring of high-risk projects, establish a hazard ledger, adopt a closed-loop management system, and supervise major hazards.
In addition, we should attach importance to education and training and emergency capacity building, make training plan, train personnel regularly, ensure the standard, enhance the awareness and ability of all staff, improve the plan system, make special and on-site plan, conduct regular drills, and improve the emergency ability.
A series of measures have improved the safety production situation in enterprises, laying a solid foundation for development. Going forward, companies will continue to prioritize safety, innovate approaches, and increase investments to promote routine, refined, and intelligent management.
